Miky is the heart and soul of Kite Buen Hombre. As the Dominican Republic's Big Air Strapless Champion, he brings competition-level expertise to every lesson. But don't let his trophy shelf intimidate you—Miky's greatest joy is watching complete beginners catch their first ride.
With 18 years of kitesurfing experience and over 2,500 lessons taught, Miky has perfected the art of making complex techniques feel simple and achievable. His patient, energetic approach creates a learning environment where safety meets fun, and every student builds confidence with each session.

Miky has been living and breathing kiteboarding for as long as he can remember, and his passion has only grown stronger over time. He is now proud to own Kite Buen Hombre and Kite Cabarete, two of the top kiteboarding schools in the Dominican Republic.
His mission is to share his love of kiteboarding with others and help them become skilled and confident kiteboarders.
All Our instructors have learned with Miky and are knowledgeable and patient, using the latest teaching techniques to ensure our students make progress from day one.
Miky is a many times Dominican Champion in Strapless kitesurfing and also is proud to be part of the Ventum Kiteboarding team representing the Ventum kites since the beginning.
